A graduate from Rosen College of Hospitality, at the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Event Management and a Master’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Nicole brings her education, event planning work with the Ritz-Carlton along with her studies throughout Western Europe in culinary and wine. Nicole is an expert at sourcing the highest level of fine foods and wines.
